That fabric looks so rich along with that colour. I actually really like those frills on the front. She looks really nice; a very neat look. Yes sleeves are strange but not a deal breaker either. 🙂

This is a supremely ridiculous outfit. How the heck does she have the confidence to wear such clothes is beyond belief.
