Fern Mallis and Shilpa Chavan have worn this print before, as have designers Eina and Rimzim. And the latest to be spotted in Kallol Datta‘s Kitty Cat dress was Rhea Kapoor while taking in the designer’s show during the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week. You like?

    • i agree. i think p and p are being too kind to her by not posting her worst outfits. that’s too much editing! i think high heel readers have a right to see that wrap dress to accurately gage the low depths that she can sink fashion wise.

  1. umm…no. it’s nothing great. with the vest, those glasses and the boots, there seems to be just too much going on. a very lackluster look.

  2. It seems like she borrowed that vest from Sonam kapoor 😉
(It is the same intermix vest Sonam kapoor wore at Radio city event around May 2010.
Check your posts from last year 😉

  3. not at all liking the look… just coz u have the spunk to pull off wierd looks doesn’t mean u can pull off just abt anything… if she tried for an edgy look, she fails quite badly…

  4. this outfit looks terrible on rhea. i’ve seen on another website some of the other things she wore at the different fashion shows and they were all as bad as this. what a big let down.

  5. I love the print. I have a scarf with little cat print on it from Zara, inspired by Miu Miu Spring 2010.

I don’t like the way Rhea wore that dress. The military vest and catprint dress are mismatched. And the pants/leggings are too much. She should ask her sister for style tips. I think Rimzim wore is the best.

  6. sometimes u gotta just ‘let ur hair down’. She always comes off as trying too hard. and yes, the vest there is still functioning as a jacket. can u make a look complete without any vests/jackets/anything that falls under that Ms. producer RHEA??

  7. Oh God. One disaster after the other during LFW by her. She neither has the face nor style to pull such clothes, she comes always comes across as someone trying way too hard to be all fashionable but failing miserably.

    • Yeah. And as much as I love Sonam and her general sense of style, both her and her sister are major label victims. I never thought I’d say this, but they need to…chill.

  8. Come back Kiran Rao, all is forgiven. This is a classic example of someone with too much money trying to be ‘different’. As someone said above, she neither has the face nor style to make a success of it. There is unconventional and then there is help-I’m-a-fashion-victim.

  9. Still can’t bring yourself to call a spade a spade, eh P&P? She looks like a ragamuffin and you’d rather leave the question to us than state the obvious. 🙂

    • To be fair, I don’t think anyone comes to HHC for fashion critique considering the extent of P&P’s ‘informed’ commentary only goes as far as to suggest pulled back hair or pumps over sandals (or vice versa). This isn’t a fashion blog as much as a glorified tabloid and I personally just look at the pictures and don’t bother reading the two poorly constructed sentences above the pictures.
