I know Rakha is always considered as the diva but I have always loved hema ji more for her elegance. Rakha ji’s taste is more loud (sometime tacky) than classic and elegant to me. Also, I think hema ji is ageing more gracefully than Rakha ji.
I actually agree with what you have stated. Now that here pics are posted side by side, one can compare and notice the difference.

Hema is still a dream girl and excudes grace while Rekhaji is stuck in a kanjeewaram wrapped time warp.
