Raveena wore a cream kurta set from Gopi Vaid to Karwa Chauth festivities at the Kapoor household. The red and cream is a classic combo but somehow here the addition of that color of dupatta made the look dated.

What’s dated about a dupatta? Or would you rather that she wear a bralette to look more current? Or skip the shalwar? Ridiculous.

A non sheer silk orange toned one with a benarasi border. Or even just a matching cream with a hint of red on the border.

What’s a “dated” combo? Not sure if cream and red have ever gone out of style. These colors and their combination are perennial. How can colors be dated, if they have been in existence for centuries?
I cant quite pin point what abt the dupatta is off. Like Payal I think it makes the look dated. I think it somehow clashes with the heavy work on the cream kameez, also that lipstick color or the make up style is def giving dated
Or maybe its just the camera flashes making everything look garish. But I personally don’t like this look
