Wearing a black Sabyasachi sari with kundan jhumkis, Rani attended the opening ceremony of the Kolkata International Film Festival. I wish she’d gone either/or on the earrings/bangles but there is no denying she looked lovely!

Sabyasachi has his best muse in Rani.. she looks boss in the look. Love it with her styling, otherwise it’s a black saree with silver jewellery and bangles no novelty.
as i always say, her sari looks are almost consistently top-notch and it’s hard to fault her in a sari. while everyone deserves to switch it up and experiment when it comes to outfits, the sari look is the only one where Rani looks resplendent. her non-sari looks — usually dripping in GIANT monogram Gucci, LV etc. from head to toe — look ridiculous and tacky, not to mention some AWFUL sunglasses. so seeing these appearance make up for some of that eyesore.

not sure why bracelets/earrings should be either or! Rani looks perfect.
big earrings and big necklace, now to those i would understand all the objections. they’re close together and can look cluttered. but earrings and bracelets?
The different types is bothering me. Kundan/polki earring and glass bangles. But, that’s me.

Agree. Bangles and ear rings don’t usually clash or have much of a co-relation. Also, glass bangles go with all kinds of jewellery.
I did not realize she was wearing a bracelet, I thought she had hurt her wrist and had tied it with a black cloth
Rani looks fab here, but if I could change one thing, it’d be the blouse. I think a black high-necked but sleeveless blouse would have been better here.
