Wearing a sari by Masaba, Rani attended the screening of a movie on Wednesday evening. The sari was nice but am finding the hair a bit dated. Did you like?
A dated hairstyle can still look nice. In Rani’s case, the hair is simply bad. And why would anyone drape pepto bismol on their person is beyond me. Given that Rani usually turns up well put together in saree looks, this is a bit a head scratcher.

Rani is pretty in pink and what a look with perfect drape and blouse, she looks elegant and youthful charming. The blush is heavy handed, but it’s really ok.

I consider it a win any time she wears ethnic outfits at all.
But unfortunately, she seems to be going very heavy on the makeup lately.
For a moment i thought it was Salma Agha…. terrible make up
So I googled Salma Agha and damn Rani apes her completely on this look.. it’s hilarious !
don’t care for the fabric of the saree but more concerning is the bucket-load of make-up. make-up is supposed to enhance, not sublimate one’s face!

She looked better in the videos. Have her eyes always been this small?
The It’s nice enough but not no great shakes but her makeup is extremely OTT and looks quite garish.
The Pepto Bismol saree is the worst offender here, followed by those strange earrings.

Her make up looks like a mask ready to come off at any moment. Maybe it is the flashback or the lighting but it really bad in these pictures.
The earrings are too rose-toned and urbane to go with the saree.
A bummer considering she always gets her ethnic looks right.

She glows in pink! In my opinion the makeup is fine, it matches her skin. Why so much hate for it? Some people like being made up.
