Rani attended Durga Puja celebrations on Wednesday evening wearing a icy blue benarasi with jadau earrings. The sari seemed to pool a bit too much but overall she looked lovely.
Nothing like seeing rich weaves during festive season and she sure delivered on that front!

Love this! After two reds back to back, this icy blue just hits the spot.
I love the fact that Rani keeps it real with non-designer looms, but man does she pick over-designed, gawdy pieces. My mother posesses quite a few traditional shikargah and bageecha pieces which are quite busy, but there is a harmony of elements that is missing from Rani’s sarees.
Love the look and the colour. And, glad she skipped the necklace here.
overall- i must applaud that all the movie starts dressed at this durga pujo much like most of us- what i mean is that it seemed they chose clothes from their own closet, did their own hair and makeup- most of them looked like they put together stuff on their own. and no have been ‘posing’ with that cross legged pose yet 😉
Rani’s sari looks are so beautiful. That’s something I always look forward to. So far have loved every sari outings. She defines her own style that’s what makes her special.
She must have worn very high platform sandals while draping the saree and so when she removed them for the pandal darsha, the saree puddled near her feet
