In Nikhil Thampi

At IIFA Rocks in Mumbai, Radhika was seen in a cutout jumpsuit by Nikhil Thampi paired with an updo and gun metal earrings. While I can’t fault the finishing touches, I don’t like the jumpsuit itself. The cutouts only more attention to the tailoring which wasn’t very polished.

  1. Her hair and makeup is impeccable but the jumpsuit is so tacky (a semi colon, really?) and also too long for her. This could have been an interesting look with a tuxedo suit with no weird cutouts.

    • Semi-colon finger tattoos are a symbol against suicide, depression, addiction etc. Semicolon finger tatoos are used to symapthize or show solidarity. Why have that front and center on a jumpsuit in an awards show is beyond me. It would work as a symbol while promoting/helping an organization that supports such causes…
Definitely hasn’t nailed posing on red-carpets…but in the flurry of photographers, it might be hard to nail expressions every single time.
Jumpsuit is tacky max…but somehow it looks not as trashy on her.

  2. Why does she have that look of perpetual confusion/I’d much rather be doing something else plastered on her face all the time? And not most of the time. This is the first time I’ve seen her grin or smile in a snapshot. Go through her pics, this is the same expression she’s wearing. Kinda like Bhumi’s infamous pout. Which even she has relaxed in recent times! Radhika’s expression ruins whatever she may be wearing or be styled in.

  3. Oh God!! Why Radhika Apte have to wear this abominably tacky jumpsuit is beyond me. The cut outs look forced, the suit is about 5 inches too long and her expressions are off.
