Wearing a scarf top and draped skirt from 431-88, Raashi attended the trailer launch of her upcoming movie a few weeks ago. I am guessing because of the necklace, she and her stylist decided to let the scarf hang behind to give it a sari-like vibe. Except to me, it came off looking odd. What did you think? Minus the hanging part, she looked nice, though.

Better option would have been to get rid of that neck piece. A potentially cool attire made to look like run of the mill.
Looks tacky with the necklace. The dress needed minimal styling and edgy shoes. There is a sea difference between the model and her on how the dress looks.
