Priyanka attended the opening night of the Bvlgari exhibition wearing an off-shoulder gown from Raisa Vanessa paired with a neckpiece from Bvlgari, but of course. I don’t like the sheer skirt as much but waist up, she looked good.

sheer skirt and the weird cut and seams around the middle makes the outfit tackastic
She is looking pretty from neck up but the dress isn’t suiting her.

Her make up was fantastic here… The sheer skirt is slight let down, but her hair n MU more than makes up for it all
Something about the pleats in the the center makes it look really tacky – could have looked much better if the pleats were placed on a side

If the objective is to draw attention to the jewelry, then why wear this awful apsara kind of sheer gathers that look like she ran away from some period-mythological show?
