What? This “rule” is as outdated as mandatory pantyhose. A few of my friends work at Capitol Hill, where the most archaic of fashion rules are enforced, and even they can get away with a peep-toe. If it’s good enough for D.C., it’s good enough for me.
Ditto! I can’t wear pumps(or closed shoes) for long, so peep- toes are the way to go.
