Priyanka hung out with friends on Friday evening at a local restaurant and was spotted wearing an Etro dress with thigh-high Casadei blade heel boots and a Staud bag. It was quite a striking outfit but isn’t Mumbai a bit too hot for thigh-high boots?

Oh oh, I thought she was in the US until I read your last sentence! The outfit is fab and she rocks it but yeah , for the Mumbai weather , no amigo!
When you buy a new bag or pair of shoes/boots, the first instinct is to take out for a spin, isn’t it? 🙂
Anytime I see shoes like that, I am reminded of the Leather pants episode from Friends with Ross. Leather and sweat is a no bueno, that too in Mumbai.

If you are moving within controlled environments you don’t need to dress weather appropriate anyway.
i dont think leather thigh high boots are meant for temperatures above 20C

Celebs pose for a pic for effect, to advertise stuff etc . Move around in controlled environments, And here we are wondering if they are truly comfy and above what temperature it is permissible to wear boots.

Mumbai is very pleasant in the evening. People are complaining about the temperature drop in the evening
It’s actually a really well put together look; dress, boots, makeup all work. Would have actually looked too bare without the boots.
I love the entire look. Those boots are amazing especially with that dress. I agree with all the controlled environment comments. She’s not walking around the streets of Mumbai. I think she looks fabulous!
