Pernia took a chance with the risqué dress and it paid off; she worked that look!

It’s such a Kardashian-Jenner standard look -Kourtney especially would wear this in a heartbeat. Having said that, she kinda pulls it off and I do think that such outfits look better IRL than in photos.
