For two recent appearances, Pernia picked prints. Of which, one was more successful than the other. Clearly!

At the Fashion Week, it was a Rorschach-print Alpana and Neeraj dress which she paired with a black clutch and pumps. Plaited hair finished out her look. For the Lakme event, she wore her own, a multi-color printed suit paired with a white tank. Nude pumps and soft wavy hair completed her look.

We know which look we prefer more, do you?

    • Im curious why as Indians we have such an abhorance for midriffs.
Almost all indian clothing – saris, lehengas, half-saris show off the midriff.
So long as its toned and fit, whats wrong with some midriff?

      • Haha, Ditto! I can see a LOT of midriff and waist on most indian women in sarees. And to think about the actual saree didnt even cover the bosoms and worn on kachas (tube tops) originally. Hah!

  1. Really like the dress! The whole look works well. Trouser suit not so much..maybe sleeker pants. Right now she is drowning in floral

  2. I don’t like the first dress itself, but she wears it well. The print is adorable, but the styling is meh. I would wear the print suit as separates.
