At an awards event on Saturday, Patralekha was seen in an Alexander McQueen hybrid dress featuring a cotton tank and silk skirt. That is a whole lotta volume on that skirt but she wore it well. Having said that, wish the innerwear was a tad better.

The skirt is dramatic and eye catching, so much that it doesn’t give the top any attention. She looks awesome.
