In Gauri And Nainika

For the premiere of her movie, Parineeti picked a pastel-blue Gauri and Nainika dress. And a pair of Louboutin pumps that worked really well with it!

While the cocktail dress was a perfect pick for Ms. Chopra and looked great on her, the visible inner-wear was a downer. Fix that issue, lose the necklace and opt for sleeker hair and this would’ve been a ten.

  1. No way is this dress the perfect pick for Parineeti. It’s beyond unflattering on her and makes her look stumpy. The styling is fine but it doesn’t suit Parineeti one bit and makes her look like a wannabe.

  2. Now that you’ve mentioned the innerwear that’s all I can see. But honestly the color looks lovely on Parineeti. I actually like her hair as well. Love her shoes.

  3. Payal and Priyanka, there is no pleasing you. If you have children, I would worry for their future spouses. You two are going to be very difficult mothers in law. 🙂 🙂

  4. Oh God…. she looks horrible with a capital H. The dress makes her appear stocky. Also, her face doesn’t look as soft as it does otherwise. The brows and excess of bronze are to blame, I reckon. She looks fugly and anyone but parineeti.

  6. The bad sleeves, inner wear issue, the hair, the bronzer, the tacky necklace, the scary eyebrows. LOL. This is quite an idiotic look and this is what she could do for her movie premiere? How sad.

  7. her makeup is way off point. definitely does not work with her or this dress. but i like the dress and the shoes. she should have done something better with her hair as well

  8. Why doesn’t she smile with her teeth anymore?

The rest of the stuff would have looked good, if she had just smiled properly. This maharani-ish, lip-stretched out smile is just not working 🙂

  9. Parineeti, could I be your stylist for one day ? I promise I will do better than all your previous looks. This does not suit her. She needs Tanya Ghavri or Anita shroff asap.

  10. Has she hired her enemy as her stylist? coz the stylist is definitely being mean to her…with the kind of looks she has been sporting these days..

  11. Wow. People can be so mean and nasty. There’s no pleasing them is there.

I agree with P&P, the dress and colour were a perfect pick for her. She hasn’t looked this good in a long time.

    • I COMPLETELY agree with you. People are being super mean in their words. Expressing displeasure through better words is called class, else one looks equivalent to the words being used by them.

Anyway, coming to her look, I feel she looks quite nice and her look is pretty sorted and immaculate. The only issue is the makeup. I feel such a lovely soft pastel colour could’ve been bolstered with a soft makeup as well. She has a really good skin and that should’ve been used to elevate the overall look. Nevertheless, I like her dress and it looks great on her. And the necklace only adds to the charm. I don’t think in fact that a slimmer actress could have pulled this dress off.
People are always calling Parineeti ‘a wannabe’. If she wears bulky puffy clothes, she is hiding her curves and if she is wearing tight clothes she’s being a wannabe, where should she go? Nobody notices that she is always wayyy too confident in whatever she wears no matter however she is looking. Clearly, she is always comfy in her own skin.

  12. I like the dress and of course the sleeves, its refreshing from usual. But the make up is not working on her, or she must have been too tired to put up a fresh bright face.
