A lot of you had emailed in about Priyanka being chosen for the Shoes For Stars project, as part of which she had the honor of getting her foot imprinted for a wooden shoe, which would be kept at the Salvatore Ferragamo Shoe Museum in Florence. We didn’t post it earlier because we were waiting for pictures to accompany the article but do appreciate your sending it in.

Here are some pictures of Priyanka wearing her favorite Abu-Sandeep creation while she was at the museum, thanks to Mid-day. They also report that she wore a black Manish Malhotra sari for dinner and I suspect it might be the one we just saw her wear at the India Today Conclave 2009.

Freida attended the Chanel post-show bash wearing (no prizes for guessing!) another Chanel dress, this time from the Spring 2009 collection. Her sequin jacket, although, I suspect is from the current Fall 2009 collection.

Jewellery designer Farah Khan attended the Rajasthan Royals bash in a black Issa Jersey dress. She went minimalist by pairing her dress with just a necklace and added a pop of color in the form of orange sandals.

I loved that she left her ears bare and let the necklace do the talking! In fact, I loved her overall look. Normally, sister Suzanne always turns out to be the better dressed, but at this do Farah definitely did better!

If you, like me, loved this yellow chikan kurti on Raima, you may not want to see what happened to it after she played Holi in it!

On An Aside: PCD On Jimmy Fallon

A few weeks ago, we had reported about Pussycat Dolls releasing a remix version of A.R. Rahman’s ‘Jai Ho’. Well, last night, the ladies performed their single for the first time on the “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” show.

For her part, to add a dash of ethnic, lead singer Nicole wrapped a dupatta around her while the rest just wore regular outfits. Considering it is the Dolls, we are talking about, I really have no comments on Nicole’s outfit. 😉
