From Cover To Real

So glad Shazahn didn’t make the same mistake as Soniya. Her Fall 2010 silver Dior was a great pick. Even though the dress comes with a lining, not sure why Shazahn felt the need to pin it up at the bust. Unless, of course, it was missing when delivered. 🙂

The Victorian-style necklace could’ve been given a miss, but we still like the look. You?

Yin And Yang

It’s funny how two very similar gowns worn with side swept hair give us two very different results. While, I loved Sophie’s whole look, Monikangana was a disaster head to toe! (Who wears pointey beige footwear with that gown?!?) A nice updo and some glitter pumps would’ve made a world of a difference for Moni.

Not Quite

Normally Soniya gives us winners but this one is quite a doozy. Even if we ignore the camera flash that is making the dress quite blinding, we cannot ignore that the dress itself wasn’t right pick for her. The color washes her out, the below-knee length and the design ages her instantly and not quite a fan of those platform sandals. They feel too matchey.

Bummer, because the Spring 2010 collection had some fun dresses ( here and here )that would looked so great on her!

Ditto In Dior! Part Deux!

Malaika wasn’t the only spotted in a Dior already seen before. Shilpa was spotted in the same Dior seen first on Katrina then on Sonam.

While, the gunmetal Dior clutch was perfect for the tan colored gown, the emerald earrings were not. Hey, but we should be glad that the bling factor was toned down. She did look lovely in a color that wouldn’t quite work on many.

Ditto In Dior!

I am quite surprised that Malaika who is very fashion concious ended up in the same Dior gown that we’ve already seen on Priyanka in real and Kareena and Anushka in reel.

My guess, she knew she would work it better than any of them and she did!
