Padma gave us a fusion look tonight at the Hope For Children Gala, a look that we’ve seen on her back in 2006 and written about too.

What obviously caught our eye was that she wore the exact same dress in a different color with the same sandals. Which, of course, led us to believe maybe the camera just caught the color differently. But, that isn’t really possible, is it?

In Saaj By Ankita

We had wanted to see a Saaj By Ankita dress off the runway when we first posted about her A/W collection. Doing us the favor was singer Sona Mohapatra who picked one of the looks that we had showcased on the blog and wore it pretty much the same way as Simran did on the runway.

While we love that Sona has been trying out looks from new designers, can’t say I love this look on her even though the boho-hippy style is so her.

Minissha’s been having a good run lately but this look of hers certainly felt lacking. To begin with, wish she’d skipped that bracelet. Between the dress, the shoes and the jewelry, it just felt very match-much. Let’s call this one a Not Quite.

When Louis Vuitton is sweet enough to host you a pre-birthday bash at the store, should you be gracious enough and wear something from LV? Logicial answer may seem yes.

Alas, that is not what Ameesha did. Instead, she did worse but wearing a Gucci Spring 2011 belt with a strapless dress. Let’s hope for Vuitton‘s sake that she, at least carried an LV bag!

Black Out

Oddly enough, today three different ladies did all-black outfits. Of the three, Gul was the one to really make an impression but let’s admit it, those pants could’ve been a tad bit less fitted.

Disliked the flimsy see-through top on Esha and just couldn’t figure out why Celina would pick such a morbid color while promoting the environment.
