In Shahab Durazi

At the recent Hello! Hall of Fame Awards, Kamal had worn a Shahab Durazi couture gown… While the gown would’ve worked in a high-drama editorial, Kamal just looked like a waylaid christmas present.

Pulled back hair and zero jewelry would’ve made a (big) difference but between the color, the huge bow, the beaded bodice and the fringe thrown in for good measure, we doubt it would’ve worked in any case.

P.S: See a version of this gown on Aishwarya here and, on Lara Dutta here.

Sonam On Verve: (Un)Covered

Love the cover. It’s so strongly feminine; love the duality. Maybe we won’t work up the courage to whip out that almost black lipstick ourselves just as yet, but it sure is great to spot it on the cover!

In Karen Millen

Spotted on Minissha, a Karen Millen dress paired with a blue woven clutch. The actress was in Delhi at a jewellery collection unveiling and we were pleasantly surprised she kept it simple instead of dripping in diamonds.

WTHeyyy!

Spotted at Olive Delhi, a castmember of Moulin Rouge ‘in character’. Oh wait, that’s Amanpreet Wahi! Can’t blame us for the mistaken identity though, can ya? 😛

P.S. For those who aren’t familiar with Amanpreet, she is a top model in Delhi.

Double Wide!

I have never been a fan of extra-wide dhoti pants (Gaurav Gupta?) and this appearance of Neha is not going to change my opinion of them. My preferences aside, while on some it would have looked ridiculous, Neha still manages to pull it off. The pants only that is. As for the whole look, it may have worked if the top was sleeveless and non-sheer and the sandals more of an ankle cut-off one to balance out the whole look.

Who knew the wide patialas worn by her character would have such a drastic effect on Ms. Dhupia! 😛
