In Falguni and Shane Peacock

Not only did Sonakshi attend GIMA wearing a Falguni and Shane Peacock, she also performed at the awards wearing a Peacock bodice at the event.

We shouldn’t feel tickled but it is odd to see a skirt paired with the bodice. 😛

A Touch Of Pink

At their respective events, both ladies kept it casual with Masaba pairing a pink shirt of her own design with distressed denims and Sonali pairing a white top and a beaded/sequined vest with a pair of pink wide-leg trousers. Like one look more over the other?

Am no fan of the denims on Masaba but, I love that shirt!

In Stella McCartney

Kama Sidhu worked her Stella McCartney sheath dress while hosting an event for Van Heusen. A Shivan & Narresh necklace and Christian Louboutin ankle-strap sandals completed her look. Looked good!

Desi Girl

Two recent events had Huma pick voluminous kurtas, one with an asymmetrical hemline and the other paired with sheer churidaars. Platform peep-toe pumps completed her look both times.

In Payal Khandwala

In Payal Khandwala, Ms. Mohapatra attended the screening of a movie in Mumbai last night. I liked the look a whole lot more when I couldn’t see the shoes. Silver jewelry and a roomy bag completed her look.

Speaking of the bag, I understand the need for big bags, I do. But unless when absolutely necessary, I wish ladies would consider carrying smaller bags (and not necessarily clutches) for events held in the evenings, like screenings such as this.
