In Twos

Sameera began the night with a formal look in a green gown (Shantanu-Nikhil?) at the Hello! Awards and ended it in a cocktail red dress at Ganesh Hegde’s bash. No points for guessing that we, of course, loved the green gown way more.

In Narciso Rodriguez

Karisma looked absolutely gorgeous in her Narciso Rodriguez dress at the recent awards do. Can’t fault that look!

Love.

In Dior

For these lovely ladies it was Dior at the recent awards. Though not a fan of their dresses, will concede that they did look good. One slightly more than the other.

Ms. Desai’s dress totes that line between making someone look sun-kissed and sun-burnt. Can’t help but think the pale color just isn’t working with the make-up palette Preeti chose for the evening.

In Givenchy

It was a Givenchy feather dress for Ms. Fernandez, one which we think she wore well. Red lips added the required pop and pulled back hair complemented the dress perfectly.

In Alexander McQueen

At Hello! awards, Natasha wore an Alexander McQueen Fall 2011 gown which she paired with a heady-duty necklace. To some of you the addition of the necklace might be a bit much but, we loved it… T’was such a throwback to the Alexander McQueen Fall 2008 collection.

However, the Farrah Fawcett blow-out and the heavy make-up combined with the necklace was just a bit much for the silk-chiffon gown. Wish she had dialled down the hair and make-up for a home run!

P.S: You may recall seeing versions of this gown on Malaika and Gauri here.
