Tabu sightings are far and few between and while sometimes we get a great look most times we get bad ones. This appearance belonged to the latter category. I don’t know what I dislike more, the ill-placed brocade bust or the ribbon-like skirt that looks like it went through a shredder.

Let’s just pretend we never had a Tabu sighting today, shall we?

At a press meet announcing a Film Festival she is an ambassador of, Ms. Balan was spotted in an Anupamaa sari. Dramatic eye make-up, a cocktail ring and Manish Arora X Amrapali ear cuffs completed her look.

Show of hands, who else did a double take on seeing those ear cuffs?!

Am not a big fan of the exaggerated cat-eye on Vidya which I find ages her, here anyway. The ear cuffs though, we fully approve! Here’s hoping she surprises us more often.

Wearing denims, a striped tee and Zara Blazer, Parineeti attended a recent launch. After a string of appearances in dresses, the denims made for a welcome change. She looked good!

Another day, and we had another Sabyasachi sighting on Vidya, oops we mean Kajol. 😛

While in New York, Kajol also met with the top Indian Diplomats as part of her campaign to promote hand-washing. For the meeting, it was a cotton kurta featuring embellished sleeves and palazzo pants.

We don’t have full-length pics which makes it hard to make out if the palazzo pants are or aren’t working on her but what I did know for sure… Not feeling the unevenly puffy hair one bit.

Know what Natasha and Rihanna have in common? Chaps, yeah that’s right, chaps. Take a moment to let that sink in, will ya?

While at a recent birthday do, spotted Natasha pair her R13 chaps with a black top, neon belt, PS 11 bag and suede boots. There’s a lot Ms. Poonawala can get away with… But this look just isn’t one of ’em. While she’s a favorite around here for being among the few to take fashion risks, this appearance gets no love from us.

On the flip side, a NASCAR regular/KISS fan just found himself/herself a new pin-up girl!
