Mindy who was a presenter at the Emmy Awards wore a custom Kenzo gown to the event. At first glance, I wasn’t really feeling the way the metallic lines split up the gown. Especially the top half being a faux-halter neck design.

But, the more I look at it, I don’t mind it. Her make-up and finishing touches was impeccable. Love the Kotur clutch.

The Emmy Awards took place in Los Angeles on Monday night and in attendance was Padma whose show Top Chef was nominated in the Outstanding Reality-Competition Program category.

As always, Padma opted for something simple wearing a white Ralph Rucci gown that just looked divine against her skin tone. No statement jewellery or lip was needed. Just simple diamond danglers matching the sequin back-detail of the gown sufficed here.

While most of Payal Singhal’s guests dressed in her designs, Sandhya who also attended her show opted for something different. She (Sandhya) went with the other Payal, Ms. Khandwala in this case, wearing a red silk maxi from the latter’s 2013 collection.

Skipping on the belt, Ms. Mridul finished out her look with a statement pendant and a tightly pulled top knot.

She looked great.

Tisca and Maria also wore outfits to Payal Singhal’s show that was yet to be showcased with the former in a jumpsuit and the latter in a floral patiala suit.

Ms. Chopra has been on quite a roll till now but this one wasn’t quite up to par. Maybe it’s that odd dupatta design or maybe the hairdo.

Of these two, Maria stole the show.

P.S. Tisca is carrying a DvF clutch and Maria, a Bottega Veneta.

Kiran caught a screening of Mardaani keeping it cheery in a bright Shivan & Narresh colorblock jacket that she wore with a white tank and checkered dhoti pants. Loved it!
