Having been recently seen only in Gaurav Gupta at her past two outings (at Diwali and Asiavision Awards), it was no surprise to see Shruti at the launch of the designer’s store in Mumbai.

While I loved the lame gold gown she had on, the make-up felt too soft. Smoky eyes would’ve really sealed the deal for me here. The fit at the bust also seemed to be quite off.

Much preferred her in the sari-gown at the Asia Vision Awards (see inside).

Celebrating 10 years since his foray into fashion, Gaurav Gupta launched an art and fashion store in Mumbai today which had a lots of celebrities in attendance including Manasi and Suchitra.

While I love Manasi for throwing caution to the wind and going the daring route, the gown with its plunging sheer neckline was a bit much to handle. We’ve seen Bipasha and Malaika do the deep-v before but in their case, the color of the gown and the black mesh lining helped tone it down a bit. In Manasi’s case, it felt too in your face.

This round belongs to Ms. Pillai.

P.S. Manasi is carrying an Annika Rucci Clutch.

Aaradhya’s 3rd birthday bash saw Aishwarya in a Turquoise & Gold tunic, one that she wore with a black cardigan and black tights.

At the press meet for the Hyderabad 10K Run Foundation, Regina was spotted in a one-shouldered Sapphire kaftan. Wearing her hair sleek in a ponytail, she finished out the look with black sandals.

Can’t say am a fan of the kaftan itself, but she looked nice.
