If there’s one thing we love unequivocally, it’s layering! Nothing changes a look more than adding an item of clothing that serves both as visual interest and holds actual utility. Think of it as your Fashion CPR… Breathe life in to a look by adding a jacket or a sweatshirt!
Live in a city where the weather changes dramatically from day to night? (We do.) Have multiple social and work engagements in a day? (We usually do.) Find yourself reaching for your favorite pair of jeans and need to keep it interesting? (We always do.) Well, layering is the answer!
Rag & Bone with boots for a concert, Beckham with cigarette pants for cocktails, Rachel Roy for dinner and a movie and finally the Stella sweatshirt for a day of shopping and brunch (or hey, a date night)… Layering is the key to dial it up on chilly weather days! And it is such a great way to try out new looks with only having to get your toes wet instead of wading in to the pool. Go on, give it a shot!
