Wearing an Isha Rajpal sari with lace detailing and a matching lace blouse, Kanika attended a recent Awards event. She went with a more muted make-up palette and minimal accessories to perhaps let the sari do the talking.

The songstress who has had success (for the most part) with her red carpet appearances sure disappointed with this one. Neither the sari, nor its blouse is our cup of tea.

Niharika attended the Screen Awards wearing a blue Bungalow 8 maxi with red sandals and an oversized clutch. As much as I love her look, especially the contrast of the ethnic clutch against the blue, it felt too casual for the red carpet.

Wearing a red Anjallee & Arjun Kapoor gown, Gauahar attended the Screen Awards 2015. Thanks to the extreme hairdo and color and cut of the gown,she looked less red-carpet-queen and more flamenco-dancer-missing-her-fan.

In her pink Nishka Lulla dress, sheer panty hose and pumps, Mishti looked a lot like a kid playing dress up. If she’d just given the panty hose a miss, this look would’ve been so much better.

Maya attended the Screen Awards wearing a rust orange Anavila linen sari with a houndtooth patterned blouse. Wearing her hair in a braid, she added long earrings and a grey bindi which made the look rather cute.

Do I like the look? Yes. Do I think this look was better left for a more casual event? Absolutely!
