In Gauri And Nainika

Recently, these lovely ladies were photographed at their respective events wearing Gauri and Nainika dresses. Both Dia and Lisa looked lovely but, and there’s a but… We couldn’t help but want minor tweaks to their look.

The necklace from Eristona added absolutely nothing to Dia’s look and besides, the dress begged for a more minimalist approach. As for Lisa, given the pumps and Outhouse jewelry that she paired her wrap dress with, the black tote stood out like a sore thumb. Minor beef with their look aside, they both looked nice. Especially love the color on Lisa!

Neha picked a Taika by Poonam Bhagat suit for her appearance at a store launch in Kolkata. Wearing her hair down, she finished out the look with black pumps and jewelry that included statement earrings and a cocktail ring, both from Curio Cottage. The jewelry isn’t what we’d have picked out for the suit but Ms. Dhupia did look nice.

While in Delhi for a launch, Neha was photographed wearing Cameron Kham. With her hair pulled back in a knot, red lip, wristwatch and a pair of Saint Laurent pumps finished out the look. Not the best pictures but it was clear, Ms. Dhupia wore the look well; she looked good!

Toting her favorite Céline Phantom bag and black boots, Deepika was snapped at the DLF Emporio recently, this time also sporting a Kukoon cape. You’ll remember seeing the cape also on singer Kanika Kapoor and Jacqueline not too long ago.

From what we see, she wore the cape well. We quite like!

Wearing Zara separates, Madhuri attended a cultural festival organized by a University in Chennai with black pumps and Futurology earrings finishing out her look.

In theory, the blouse and pant combination should’ve worked but in reality it didn’t. Wearing the blouse tucked just looked awkward. What do you think?
