Wearing a sheer, pale pink Niki Mahajan sari, Dipannita attended a jewelry preview in Mumbai yesterday. Having paired the sari with a long sleeved sheer black blouse, Ms. Sharma finished out her look with a ponytail, clutch, long earrings and purple lip color.
With ease that is natural to her, she wears the sari rather gracefully. That said, the sari itself was anything but graceful! That was whole lot of sheer to take in. And while we are all for a dramatic lip, the color only seemed jarring here. Having seen her do better, way better, let’s just chalk this one up to a ‘Not Quite’.
