Wearing a Hemant and Nandita Spring 2015 look, Neha visited several stores in Delhi for Samsung promotions. Between the halo braid and the chunky Steve Madden sandals, the outfit felt like an ode to the classic Dutch milkmaid costume but not that I am complaining. She looked cute nevertheless.
