Sari Style

While at a movie launch, Konkona went old-school in her sari and white blouse. With a cross-body bag, silver earrings and a flower in her hair, she wore the sari with enviable ease. I love how the look feels both vintage and contemporary at the same time. And because the look feels more natural than overly thought out, it works; Ms. Sen looked nice!

Déjà vu

Over the weekend, while watching the Girls Like To Swing song from Dil Dhadakne Do, Anushka’s flapper outfit had me feeling a sense of Déjà vu. A quick revisit to the 2012 Gucci collection and I found out why!

Surely, am not the only ones seeing the similarity, am I? 😉

In Poco & Jacky

Trisha attended the press meet of her upcoming Telugu movie ‘Cheekati Rajyam’ wearing Poco & Jacky shirt and matching pants. Skipping on the balloon cape was an obvious choice but even with the simple styling, I wasn’t warming up to this look. Some solid on solid color combos work but these turmeric colored separates didn’t.

In Blumarine

The Ambanis hosted a party celebrating their team’s (Mumbai Indians) IPL win and in attendance was Aishwarya wearing a metallic Blumarine gown.

Can’t say am a fan of the pleated gown but then we also don’t have the best pics. Like what you see?

In Sabyasachi

Last week Bipasha visited Sharjah to inaugurate a jewellery store and for the appearance donned a Sabyasachi look including the matching tiger clutch and belt.

Not only did she look gorgeous but I also loved that faux bob on her.
