Sari Style

Disha wore a metallic brown sari featuring an embellished halter blouse to Manish’s Diwali party. You know, I am very open-minded when it comes to draping. A 6 yard is a fluid piece and can be worn however the wearer pleases. But, Ms. Patani here sure tested my boundaries and left me exasperated. Hard No for me!

Golden Girl

Diana was seen at the Malhotra Diwali soiree in a gold sequin sari and sleeveless sequin blouse. That is a whole lotta gold and sequin to take in but Ms. Penty wore it so effortlessly, you couldn’t help but like the outfit.

Purplicious

Sobhita wore a metallic dhoop chaun (two-toned) sari by Manish to his Diwali party and boy, am I glad that she kept it simple with her drape and went for a minimalist slant when accessorizing. She looked gorgeous!

Sari Style

Janhvi was seen at the Malhotra Diwali party wearing a stitched sari set by the designer. Her make-up and hair do was on point and neck up she looked great. The sari itself though looked so very cheap especially that material.

Yellow Not So Mellow

Kriti attended Manish Malhotra’s Diwali party in a yellow sequin sari featuring an ornate faux-pearl embellished blouse. The whole drape to reveal all of the blouse and the navel paired with the maang tikka just made this look so tacktastic. I really didn’t like it. Did you?
