Wearing Monika Nidhii, Gauahar attended a wedding reception in Mumbai. An updo, strong lip color, a sparkly clutch and baubles from Dwarkadas Chandumal Jewellers rounded out the look. The lehenga isn’t quite our speed but will add, Ms. Khan did wear it well. Just wish she had skipped the embellished clutch and picked something less obtrusive instead.

Sonali was one of the celebrity guests to participate in the Confidence Walk organised by a local charity organisation. For her appearance, she wore a black and white Shantanu and Nikhil sari and while I love the sari, can’t say I liked the finishing touches.

Simple medallion studs would’ve worked better with that hairdo. No?

At the Mijwan show, both Nandita and Konkona were a sight for sore eyes in their handwoven saris (by Anavila and Raw Mango respectively) and gold-toned potlis. Keeping it simple paid off!
