In Siddartha Tytler

Nivetha, who started her career in Malayalam movies, was seen at the Filmfare Awards in Hyderabad wearing a black dress from Siddartha Tytler. The more I look at the bust, the more I feel like I should like this look less. But, oddly am very drawn to the look. I thought she looked really nice and it’s possibly because the velvet dress didn’t feel like the regular fare.

Just me feeling that way?

In Dolly J

At the Filmfare Awards South, Raashi was seen in a green Dolly J gown, one that she wore with emerald toned jewellery from Kenneth Jay Lane. I wish the bust fit better but overall, she still looked pretty.

In Shriya Som

At the Filmfare Awards South, Regina did silver in a Shriya Som gown paired with a fringe clutch also by the label. Adding more fringe to the overall look were the earrings.

Anyone else thing she should’ve swapped the earrings for some pink-toned gems to give the look just that wee bit of color? Or worn studs and added a berry-hued lipstick?

In Rocky S

Lavanya attended the Filmfare Awards South wearing a navy Rocky S gown. The ruffle gown with its fish-scale beaded waist detail may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but she looked nice. I liked that she went the toned down makeup route.

Did you as well?

In Nishka Lulla

Rhea picked a Nishka Lulla gown to wear to the the Filmfare Awards South. Keeping it simple, she wore her hair down in a middle parted do and paired the grey floral print gown with traditional earrings from Mahesh Notandas.

Given that I am bored by these cutout bodice and spaghetti strap designs, I didn’t care much for her look. Like what you see?
