A Separate(s) Story

For her appearance at a recent movie screening, Pooja picked Aastha Sharma For SBuys separates to wear. With her hair pulled back in to a knot, she rounded out the look with a pop of striking lip color and pair of metallic pumps from Intoto.

Lovely as she looked waist-up, the separates didn’t quite work well together. The proportions just seemed off. It could also just be the angle these photos were taken from, but going by these images alone, wish she hadn’t teamed these two pieces together (pieces which by themselves work just fine by the way).

Ms. Leone did stripes recently two different ways but of the two, she had better success with only one of them. Between the visible outline of the strapless bra and the shine factor of the fabric, the dress just didn’t work.

At promotions for Simran and screening later in the evening, Kangana was seen keeping it casual in a Manoush dress and Tod’s loafers.

Considering we normally don’t see her do a bold lip with such looks, her red one came as quite a surprise. Having said that though, I don’t mind the lipstick but the blush was a bit too heavy handed and took away from the casual vibe of the outfit.

Wearing Kate Spade separates, Taapsee attended promotions for Judwaa 2 in Mumbai on Thursday. The most interesting part of her look wasn’t quite those red pants but the sock-like booties.
