Vaani attended the HT Most Stylish Awards wearing a sheer beaded gown from Redemption with jewellery from Gehna and Berleigh sandals. I don’t mind visible underwear when done right. Here though, the two breast patches just looked so odd!

If she really wanted to wear the gown, perhaps she should’ve layered it over a sexy strappy bra that worked with the sheer material.

Round Up: Men’s Style

Here’s a round up of the Bollywood men at the recently conducted Filmfare Awards. Let’s break it down into three categories, shall we?

The Good: Akshay Kumar in Tom Ford, Rajkummar Rao in Giorgio Armani & Shahid Kapoor in Gaurav Gupta.

The Not Quite: Manish Malhotra, Karan Johar in Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Ayushmann Khurrana in Canali (With a different tie) & Arjun Kapoor in Shantanu Nikhil (minus the weird pose).

The “Whoa! What are they wearing?”: Ranveer Singh in a custom made Karrtik D suit, paying homage to the Bollywood movies of the 90s and Maniesh Paul in a NM Design Studio suit, which had a hypnotizing effect on my eyes.

Sridevi attended the HT Most Stylish Awards wearing sequin separates from Temperley London with a floral rhinestone clutch and ankle-strap sandals.

Sure the shimmery separates looked striking but the more I look at her the less I like it. The makeup was too heavy handed, the blouse too boxy to be worn with the cropped pants.

Three awards events saw Ms. Chopra do three very different looks. Of them all, liked her most in the Kujta & Meri gunmetal gown at the Filmfare Awards.

She did wear the Sadek Majed mini well but the look needed some color which should have come by way of makeup and it didn’t.

In Chrystelle Atallah

At the Most Stylish awards held earlier this evening, Richa was photographed in a Chrystelle Atallah gown. Matching blue shadow aside, the actor rounded out her look with Anmol jewelry and pair of Truffle Collection strappy sandals.

The risqué gown might not be everyone’s cup of tea but it was one that Richa wore well; she worked every bit of it. I just wish she hadn’t gone that match-ey with the eye shadow though; simpler make-up would’ve really helped elevate the look. The gown didn’t really need another competing element by way of eye make-up.
