For Kajol, it was a chikankari suit by Anjul Bhandari at the Ambani-Mehta engagement soiree and while I do love that kurta, the cobalt blue sequin bottoms felt very jarring. And not to mention OTT given the dupatta also had sequins.
Would’ve preferred if she’d worn matching churidaars or palazzos instead.

Wearing a lilac lehenga by Koëcsh, Shraddha attended Akash and Shloka’s engagement on Saturday evening. The mesh neck made the top feel not as filmy and the beaded skirt made for a nice change from all the other gota patti/floral ones we’ve been seeing a lot of, of late.
She looked great!

While most opted for lehenga, Parineeti went a different route wearing a draped fusion sari by Shantanu and Nikhil. I thought she looked really good but I really really wish the top was fully lined. Being that it was strapless, the slouchy effect made the visible cup look really odd.

Disha and Tiger attended Akash and Shloka’s engagement ceremony together with the former wearing a pink Falguni and Shane Peacock lehenga and the latter a zipped kurta with jodhpur pants.
I don’t mind the skirt, but that shiny bustier top is too filmy for me. The hair also was a bit of a snooze.
