Déjà vu
Padma gave us a fusion look tonight at the Hope For Children Gala, a look that we’ve seen on her back in 2006 and written about too.
What obviously caught our eye was that she wore the exact same dress in a different color with the same sandals. Which, of course, led us to believe maybe the camera just caught the color differently. But, that isn’t really possible, is it?

Such a sexy woman but that dress is HIDEOUS!
Forget the clothes…..in 6 years she has changed a bit…now thats amazing.
” hasnt changed a bit” 🙂
Well, what strikes me the most is – just how HOT she still looks!! Way to go Padma!
in 5 years she has become even more stunning!
oops my bad. i thought the grey was the current pic. she looks older in the scarlet dress
how do you not age in 5 years?
I must add – simply love the way she coordinated the grey dress with orange and red. Nice burst of color..
she probably have gotten her old dress dyed into a plum color now ( lolz, my way of recycling lolz )
5 years!!!! it doesn’t seem to have had much affect on her! 🙂 the pictures cud be taken 5 mnths apart for all the change i notice!lol! some people have all the genes :))))
omg!!!!She looks a lot better in 06′!!Although I had the pleasure of meeting her few months back she still looks stunning but the picture is not doing justice
Gosh I love that wine color!
Poor Padma…must’ve never imagine that if she repeated an outfit in a different color after FIVE years anyone would know…But then she probably doesn’t know about you guys, i guess!!
Good work, P&P… I’ll never know how you do it… how do you remember/ track something from so long ago?
Poor Padma .. I guess she thought that no one would remember her look from 4 years ago. She didnt account for you guys. 🙂
But guys … its really great that you remember what you posted 4 years back. Kudos!!!
Would it have been possible for the dress to have been dyed? On a side note i love this site, and ask myself when leaving the house what would p&p say about my outfit right now lol
My thoughts exactly! It is a good way to reuse, recycle and be green without too much of a compromise 🙂
the dress is very meh,…i particularly dont like that kangaroo pouch-like ruffle
but oh my god she doesnt look a day older….wowwwww!!!what is the magic potion??!!
the 2006 look is so much more sophisticated1
wow..she ages well.
she looks totally fab in both …….but i like the recent one more
maybe she dyed it??
What sort of a dress is this?….
Looks as if, she was about to trip b’coz of the lenght and tucked in a bit to avoid that.
man! she’s one gorgeous woman!
it’s a great dress and really whats the big deal if a person buys a dress in two diffrent colours…specially whn it’s flattering??
She looks the same pre- and post-baby! Amazing!!! She has a great body, wow!!
And to think she’s preserved those shoes for over 5 years…..love!
Apart from her amazing anti-age genes, it’s amazing to see how much a difference a color can make. The grey is looking fantastic on her slightly bronzed skin. Even if some find the older look more sophisitcated (i find it odd because it draws your attention more to that strange tucked in part), the grey dress paired with the orange scarf gets my vote.
