Bhumi attended a panel session and the honors event at the ongoing International Film Festival of Delhi wearing a polka-dotted brown dress from Rosie Assoulin paired with long faux pearl earrings and pumps. While she sported a gelled side parted look early on, she wore her hair pinned back later on. I liked it better this way.

The Brown polka dress by itself is lovely. The extra shoulder looks like a burp cloth and ruined the dress
