Nushrat wore a Rocky S mini to the Saudi tourism event and yet again I had myself questioning what the the celeb and the stylist were thinking when deciding the outfit. This was such an inappropriate pick as well.

How much skin is acceptable then? If you want to be consistent then none of the celebrities were dressed appropriately or everyone was. I don’t think the Saudis care about the skin show going by what you s paraded at their Red Sea film festival.
This looks like babydoll dress with dupatta to me. I have hardly seen Nushrat dressing appropriately for any event.
Too much attention seeking.
I’m finding the Saudi-so-cover-up diktat a bit hard to swallow. This was a tourism event. In Bombay. Unless there was a strict dress code, I find the approach unjustified.
Most of what these people wore — like Nushrat or Nimrat — are just seriously ugly dresses. They wouldn’t get a pass anywhere.
She looks like she is wearing lingerie
People do wear this sort of thing in the middle east but they do it in private and they make sure that no one takes their pics.
Looks like she forget to wear dress on top or it was an inner wear show.
