At the Miss India pageant, Neha was seen in a yellow gown from Safiyaa worn with her Bottega Veneta knot clutch and aqua toned earrings. At first glance, the double flared design at the top and the skirt felt odd but the more I look at it, the less I mind. The color here won me over. What about for you?

Chic and Beautiful – the colour is so cheerful and she really is wearing the dress with grace, style and class.
it’s an interesting silhouette but i wish the top and bottom halves used the same fabric.
Would have been a super hit of the length was perfect for her.
The gown is trying to evoke a yesteryear type of elegance however it fails miserably and just looks frumpy. Neha is looking nice from neck up.

That is one strange design. In pic#2 it looks like her hands are folded in a namaste under all that fabric
