Having been blessed with hips, I’ve always shied away from tulip skirts. Seeing Neha makes me realize that not all tulip skirts are bad. The trick is in the length.
As for her look, love the contrast. Almost makes the pink feel neonish.

Good look overall I’d say. Would have preferred a blouson or a fitted tank vs the button down! She needs to stop adding volume to herself due to her pear shaped frame. Nevertheless, I do like how she wears a tulip skirt!
