At an event, Neha was seen in a icy blue Phage blazer and skirt with the blazer featuring an embroidered sleeve. I like the color and the sleeve detail but wish the skirt had more definition to it.

the kind of edginess that works on neha. but agree, some definition to the skirt would’ve helped. just that little bit of the toe peeping out makes a difference.
