Yep, it looks badly made and in the first pic, it look tight and makes her look fat which is so totally is not ! The most unflattering dress seen in recent times on Neha.
And the glasses look like goggles. lol.
With you on this one. She has made some really good appearances lately. This is not one of them. Tacky dress and ill-fitting.
