Yellow Not So Mellow

Wearing yellow, Mithila and Aahana attended the Filmfare Awards OTT Awards and between the two, much preferred Mithila in her Shivani Awasty. Offsetting the big gown with a simple updo was a good move. As for Ms. Kumra, the Bennu Sehgall gown felt just a bit too OTT (pun not intended) and I wasn’t liking the ponytail.
Who did you think had more success?
P.S. Anyone else see the similarity between the Shivani Awasthy and this Christian Siriano?

Mithila keeps it simple and looks so pretty here
Mithila looks absolutely gorgeous. I love her peachy coral makeup.
Yellow is the easiest color to look good in.. They both look so beautiful and radiant in their yellows, the pictures are much better in 2nd set possibly a shoot for media posts. Outfits are a sad story though, I like ahanas gown minus the trail, The styling is dated and so is the tailoring.

Not only is Aahana’s outfit tacky, but the sleeve is so ill-fitted that it seems like a last-minute alteration.
i am fan on all sort of yellows.. in this case, i like Mithila’s yellow more but Ahana dress more. Yes her styling is bad.
Mithila sure has the girl next door sweetness about her 🙂
Don’t like her dress though. Aahana’s dress is better, but the train looks cheap and the styling let her down.
If I was a wedding cake ornament in summer or a mantelpuece decor….Ugh × 2.
My eyes hurt.
