Shoe Spotting

Ms. Scott looked nice in a muted olive-green dress which she paired with some sparkly Choos at a recent event. However, she might have gone a lil’ too safe by taking the text-book approach of keeping everything simple to let the shoes shine… These shoes are begging to be had fun with and I can’t help but wish, if not quirky then atleast these shoes should’ve been paired with something that was a little more young, fresh, feminine and/or whimsical. She did look good at the event though.

  2. She is really notching up her act! I remember the time she would make appearances in ugh! distressed denims and burnt bleached hair. She looks lovely here!

  3. I swear to God if she’d kept it any less simple, the shoes would have been “lost in all that mess” or they’d be “fighting for eyeball time” or “too match-y” or SOMEthing. You’d have then prescribed the same look she’s now sporting (“let the shoes shine”). But if she’s done it on her own, she’s “gone too far with the text-book rule”, hmm?!!!!
It’s just never enough for you guys, is it?!!

    • Seriously!! Couldnt agree with you more. You dont have to disagree just to come off sounding like an expert. You guys pick up your fashion “expertise” and advice from other blogs like Go Fug Yourself etc and repurpose for the desi audience.

  4. sorry, but i dont think much of this look. Maybe it is all the stuff on the wall and carpet that are getting to me, but I dont like the color of the dress which washes her out completely. I don’t think the shoes save the look.

  5. the dress is nice, but IMHO, with the amount of olive we indians have inour complexion, she is totally washed out in this dress. this dress in white would have been gorgeous!!!

  6. I love it!! It’s elegant and classy and fabulous. And that shade of olive is just scrumptious. (Even if it doesnt flatter he skin tone)

  7. The hoop earrings need to go. She looks great! but in my opinion if she would have replaces the hoop earrings with sparkly dangle earrings then it would have giving her a little bit of a flirty look.
