In Satya Paul

For Masaba’s last collection for Satya Paul, the designer collaborated with Disney India, using the all too familiar Minnie and Mickey Mouse as design elements. And lending their support were Manasi, Mandira and Vidya wearing saris from the very collection at its launch.

So tell us, which sari caught your fancy?

  1. Why is Vidya dressed like she’s going to perform for an item song? Why can’t these celebs drape the saree elegantly?? uggghh..Mandira gets my vote

  2. Can I just say how much I love this collection! Yes it is all too familiar a motif but I have always wanted to wear a mickey mouse sari 😀 Especially love the one on Esha.

  3. Mandira looks good. Trust Manasi to pick the ugliest one with the belly pierce show. Ew. How thin has Vidya become? O_O If she had draped it proper, it would have been so much better.

  5. Mandira Bedi lost her beautiful face somewhere between the ridiculous haircut and the silly noodle strap. And, oh! Minnie Mouse saris…umm… the least said the better.

  6. I think Mandira has draped it most elegantly of all. She’s one of the few celebrities who does justice to fall-on anchal. Look at Manasi’s untidy folds near the wrist!

  7. Manasi Scott’s saree is one fugly creation. Making it worse is that tackfest of a blouse and hair. I need to see some raw mango sarees to cleanse my eyes.

  8. I was around that and saw vidya up close. If you guys think the pictures are bad you saved your eyes a lot of trouble by not seeing it right there. Her blouse stitching was untidy and the earrings were so jarring they looked like they were a product of 4 year olds art project.
