At an event, Mallika was seen in a strapless Dolce & Gabbana gown, that she wore with diamond and ruby jewellery and her Bvlgari serpenti watch. She looked nice but overall the outfit as a whole felt dated.

It’s a classical strapless, fitted red gown!
Why would this ever not be “in”?
And what would you suggest she wear? Please enlighten!
Easy easy. We don’t have to take stabs at each other .
It’s not the dress that is the issue. It is the styling of it that is dated. The 90s blowout hair, the decision to wear the matching small earrings and jewellery together. The bracelet that doesn’t go with rest of the jewellery. It is hotch-potch and not clean.
So right !
Actresses past their prime if seen wearing ‘Big hair’ are called dated on HH.
The red colour makes the dress look pedestrian. It would have looked better in black.

As for your explanation about big hair a lot of younger actresses fit thr profile egs Janavi, kushi , disha,etc who wear big hair with strapless dresses.
Not fair to call this dated. It’s how many contemporary actresses dress! I think Mallika looks nice.
