In Huemn
For her sister’s Birthday do, Malaika picked an oversized shirt by Huemn to wear. Teaming it with an orange bag (also oversized), she rounded out her look with an updo and a pair of embellished white boots. And while on boots, can’t say it was a favorite of ours!

If a man walks around without pants, a case of indecent exposure would be filed before he took his next breath. But it’s ok for this look to pass off as high fashion…coz you know, feminist-my-choice-my-life.
Well said.
Calm down. It’s fashion… you can agree or disagree. Calm down with the feminist bashing. My life my choice is how it should be!
Please read up on feminism. Even if for the sake of argument, one agrees that pantlessness is always indecent, in a patriarchal society, men and women are not on par – the playing field is not level. Women are at risk for sexual harassment from men (pantless or panted) , not the other way around. Women who choose to wear revealing clothes are labeled as “asking for it”, pantless men are not. I could go on, but I have a feeling that nothing is going to penetrate through given your twisted toxic interpretation of feminism, which is actually internalised misogyny stemming from patriarchal conditioning. Wake up!
Hottie Divine Goddess malaika arora can make any dress look incredibly gorgeous and sexy. Love her confidence and that incredibly toned damn perfect body. Ufffffff.
Hottie Divine Goddess.. what the ?
She wanted to carry off a ‘Natasha Poonaawaalasque look’
Unfortunately it backfired
Oh? What is a “Poonawalaesque” look?
One word : Yikes!
This should be filed under ‘ case of the missing pants’ 😛
I am from south India and I constantly see men not wearing shirts with lungis folded very high. Yet, I could care less, because I 100 percent believe people can wear whatever they want regardless of gender. Please stop associating clothes with feminism. They are not related. It is actually a very regressive thought process
Thank you for saying this
Couldn’t agree more. The word ‘feminism’ is so misused. Now-a-days if it’s got anything at all to do with a woman and what she does, wants, wears, eats, farts- the word ‘feminism’ is attached to it to attack her.
Where does feminism even come into the picture? Even a guy from South India or anywhere else in the world walking with an oversized shirt and no pants would look equally ridiculous! It’s not about skin show at all… A bikini on the beach is completely normal but pantless on the street isn’t!
But she is not walking about pant less on the street here – she’s going to a private party at her sister’s home.
How about if the South Indian men just wore shirts without lungis? Throw in manspreading and I believe that’s what Paddy was referring to.
For me, women and men just wearing shirts = no. And it’s got nothing to do with feminism.
I like the shirt itself, but honestly, where are the pants???
And Malaika is a petite person, so a lot of these clothes she’s been wearing of late seem more than fashionably oversized.
I like the shirt..
It is indecent and age inappropriate and the opposite of fashionable. Terrible. There, I said it.
Now persecute me with fake feministic thoughts and police my obviously biased and sexist brain.
Thank you for saying this. I don’t see a Giselle Bundchen, Christie Brinkley etc wearing outfits like these in the West. Kardashians, maybe… I definitely agree with “age inappropriate”. She’s in her mid to late 40’s.
You forgot ageist. Biased and sexist and ageist.
Idk why but it gave me the flash of drinking glasses covered with paper covers to keep from dust settling.. exactly just that.
Are we sure this was the outfit in itself and there wasn’t a big (ok, tiny!) reveal outfit underneath this package like shirt? B-)
Wtheyyyy. Whats going on. there is no fit of the shirt, pants are missing and umm boots??
You can see she is not comfortable and trying to keep the shirt down, why wear it, smh.
But this look could have been saved by adding a belt if shirt was little longer.
I only have two questions : how does the shirt stay like thT, is it made of made of some super stiff material 2. How did she do sit down poses.
Kudos for that. I think she looks hot but a bit uncomfortable, otherwise anyone can wear whatever they want. Simple . Age , gender etc etc are immaterial. Also we can choose not to watch if it’s a problem.
Elegance is just not a word in her dictionary. Malaika is forever trashy. Sad!
I think she’s copying a trends from a TV series abroad, I wont say which!
This looks stupid to walk around without pants. Man or Woman, same rule applies.
Nothing fashionable about this, plain stupid.

This is how it could have been done
Great recall! Anushka has style and edge, and the look worked on her.
I miss seeing interesting people like Anushka Manchanda, Swat Shetty, Kalyani Chawla being featured on these pages.
Karisma looked good in her roomy separates and sneakers at this party.
All those commenting bad about her are the ones who are internally so jealous of malaika arora’s damn damn damn incredibly perfect body, skin and hair. The fact that malaika arora can literally carry any piece of cloth is not going well with many girls and woman. Look at her confidence and that style. she carried it so effortlessly.
we are all queens here!!
