In Shantanu And Nikhil

For the taping of the finale episode of her television show, Malaika picked a Shantunu and Nikhil gown. With her hair back in a ponytail, the reality show judge finished out her look with emerald jewelry from Farah Khan Ali and pink-toned lip color.

Though the choice of lip color seemed off in these pictures, there’s no denying Ms. Khan wears the gown well. She looked good!

  1. The gown pattern is weird at the bust and also below the tummy. The earrings look cheap. She has come a long way from her skin show time. So this still is better.

  2. The gown fits strangely, and her pose is pretty awkward too. is she trying to get her clavicles look more hollow than they already are?

  3. Does she stand like this at home also?? Exactly like this?? Expression and all..bcoz I have never seen her in any other way. Still the gown looks good on her

  4. I don’t know why, but I feel like grabbing the dress and pulling it up! It seems to be sagging downwards. I wonder if she made it through the day. That said…I think hour-glass figures do justice to strapless gowns, and, in this case it’s failed.

  5. I like the emerald jewelry. The lip color is so wrong though, a nude or oxblood lip would have been a better choice.

Malaika has had a good run stylewise. And she has amazing collarbones. 😉

  6. Haha! I love the comment on her standing like this all the time. She walks around like this too. As a designer, I am really not into gowns that are neither tailored or relaxed. What is this gown all about? Too long for a polished finish and the fabric too soft for a tailored finish. Embroidery just thrown in there does not a good design make.
